This is the notice at collection required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. It applies if you are a California resident. Everything here is also true for everyone else — we did not build one product for California and another for the rest of the world.
Your California privacy rights

We have never sold your personal information, and we have never shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not show advertising on any plan. There is no "do not sell" button below because there is nothing to switch off.
What we collect, and for how long
Categories are named as the regulation names them, so you can compare this against any other company's notice.

What we do not collect
We do not collect biometric information, precise geolocation, government identifiers, contacts, photos, or information about your race, religion, health, sexual orientation or union membership. If you paste text containing sensitive information of your own accord, we process it only to return your result — please don't, and see our Privacy Policy on why.
Who we disclose it to
Only to service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, each listed on our subprocessor page. Disclosing personal information to a service provider for a business purpose is not a "sale" or a "share" under the CCPA, and each of those contracts prohibits them from using it for their own purposes.
Your rights
- Know — what we have collected about you, where it came from, why, and who we disclosed it to.
- Access — a copy, in a portable format.
- Delete — your personal information, subject to the narrow exceptions the statute allows.
- Correct — anything inaccurate.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable, because we do neither.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — not applicable, because we do not collect it for any purpose that triggers this right.
- No retaliation — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a worse experience for exercising any of these.
How to exercise them
Email support@humanflow.pro from the address on your account, saying which right you want to use. We confirm within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 where the request is complex — we will tell you if that happens.
You can delete your account yourself at any time without asking us: see delete account.
We may need to verify your identity before acting, so that nobody can use these rights to reach someone else's data. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission; we may still contact you to confirm it.
Global Privacy Control
We honour the GPC browser signal. Since we do not sell or share personal information there is nothing for it to switch off, but if that ever changes, the signal will be respected automatically rather than requiring you to ask.
Other states
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have broadly the same rights, and we handle those requests the same way. Use the same address above.
