MCP connector
HumanFlow, inside your AI assistant.
Connect once and your assistant — Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-aware client — can humanize what it just wrote, or run the sentence-level detector on any passage, without you leaving the chat.
Connected · OAuth, no API keys
you › Humanize this paragraph with HumanFlow.

assistant › Done — here's the rewrite, and two sentences still read a little flat if you want another pass.

Connect in about a minute
One URL, one sign-in. Tokens are per-client and revocable — no API keys to paste into anything.
The connector is in private beta. The URL below is where it will live; it does not accept connections yet. Ask for access and we'll switch it on for your account.
MCP server URL
https://api.humanflow.pro/mcp/v1
01
Add the connector
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL, name it "HumanFlow". In a terminal client, add it as an HTTP MCP server with the same URL.
02
Sign in once
A browser tab opens for OAuth with your normal HumanFlow account. Approve it and you're done — the token persists per client, per machine, and you can revoke it any time.
03
Just mention it
"Humanize this with HumanFlow", "check this for AI patterns" — your assistant picks the right tool and the result lands back in the chat.
Three tools, honestly scoped
Your assistant chooses between them based on what you ask. Nothing here promises to beat a detector — the detector tool exists so you can see for yourself.
humanize_text
Rewrites the passage you give it — varied rhythm, no stock transitions, meaning intact. Takes an optional tone: natural, casual or professional.
detect_ai_text
The sentence-level detector from the app: a score per sentence plus an overall read, so your assistant can tell you which lines sound machine-written, not just a number.
get_usage
Read-only: your plan, words used and remaining this cycle, and when it resets. Ask "how much HumanFlow do I have left?" and get a plain answer.
Prompts that work
“Draft the launch email, then humanize the final version with HumanFlow before you show me.”
Write and polish in one turn — the assistant chains into humanize_text automatically.
“Run this essay through the HumanFlow detector and tell me which sentences read as AI.”
detect_ai_text returns per-sentence scores, so the answer names the flat lines instead of guessing.
“Check my HumanFlow usage — do I have enough words left for a 3,000-word report?”
get_usage is read-only and free to call.
Included with API plans
The connector draws from the same word balance as your Stream or River plan — one budget, whether the call comes from your code or your assistant. No separate MCP subscription to manage.
- OAuth 2.1 sign-in — no keys pasted into chat
- Per-client tokens, revocable in seconds
- Every call logged against your account
One URL away.
The connector ships with the API beta. Ask us for access and the same account covers both.
