We compare on price, allowances and free plans — never on which tool "beats" a detector, because nobody can measure that reproducibly, us included.

The honest summary of that table: we are the most expensive entry plan on it. Where we differ is the free plan — 1,500 words in a single scan, against 80 to 250 elsewhere — and the volume you get once you pay.

Most comparison content in this category ranks tools by how often they get past named detectors. Those numbers are almost always produced by one of the tools being ranked, on a test set nobody else can see, against detectors that change without notice.
We are not in a position to publish a better version of that number, so we do not publish one at all. If that makes these pages less useful to you than a leaderboard, that is a fair criticism — here is why we think the leaderboards are not measuring what they claim.
