Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of a first payment, for any reason. Unintended renewals are refundable within 14 days too.

Within 14 days of your first payment you can have a full refund for any reason, without being asked to justify it.

If a renewal charges you when you did not intend to continue, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided the new period is largely unused.

If a fault on our side stopped you using what you paid for, that is refundable regardless of timing. This is not a goodwill gesture — you paid for something you could not use.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank rather than on us, and is usually a few working days.

The full terms are on the refund policy page, and that page is the authority. If anything in this article disagrees with it, the policy is correct and this article needs fixing — tell us if you spot that.

Because payments are not live yet, no refunds exist to process. The policy is published in advance so the terms are visible before anyone is asked for money.

Refunds are handled by a person rather than an automated flow, which means a reply may take a day but also means an unusual situation gets read properly rather than bounced by a rule.

We do not require you to explain why, and we do not treat a refund request as a support ticket to be deflected. If the product did not do what you needed, taking the money back is the correct outcome.
